Meet Kham: A Connector, a Powerhouse, and One of Every Sip's Brightest Smiles
If you've been to an Every Sip event and met someone who lights up the room while effortlessly connecting with everyone around her, chances are, you met Kham. In just one year with Every Sip, she's already made a huge impression with her upbeat energy, dedication to her craft, and a knack for making every guest feel welcome.
It All Started with a Friendly Tip
Kham first heard about Every Sip the old school way, through friends. With some of her crew already repping for Every Sip, she knew it had to be something worth checking out. And with her natural charisma and love for engaging with people, she fit right in.
All About the People
Kham’s favorite part of the job? The people. She loves connecting, networking, and showing her personality through meaningful interactions. For her, each event is an opportunity to meet someone new, learn something different, and grow in her understanding of the beverage industry.
When it comes to favorite brands to work with, Kham is a fan of them all. Her curious nature and love of learning drive her to soak up as much knowledge as she can about every brand she represents. That way, she’s not just there to pour, she’s there to educate, connect, and support.
One of her standout moments with Every Sip was working the Food & Wine Experience at the Omni Hotel. The vibe was fun & guests were having a total blast, the brands were shining, and the team (including Kham, Jamel, Ashley, and reps from Prairie and Kamora) brought the energy to another level. For Kham, events like that remind her why she loves this work.
More Than a Brand Ambassador
Kham is far from one-dimensional. When she’s not representing Every Sip, she’s a full-time HR pro at Summit Mortgage, a licensed loan officer, a part-time server at the Armory Event Center, and even does commercial and print modeling. Oh - and she’s also a single mom of three young adult sons living their best lives. Talk about superwoman!
Born in Laos and living in the U.S. since she was four, Kham brings a rich cultural background and unstoppable energy to everything she does. Whether she’s working an event, cooking at home, traveling, or filling up any open time with something new and fun, one thing’s for sure: she’s always on the move.
What Drives Her? Connection and Curiosity
Even though Kham doesn’t consider herself a “savvy drinker,” she sees her role at Every Sip as more than a job, it’s a chance to build relationships and be surrounded by people who love making others feel good. That spirit of connection is what makes her stand out, and what keeps her coming back.
